Join us to explore the “3Cs”: commitment, capacity, and cohesion as a framework or conditions for transforming education systems. We will take a deeper, applied dive into how these conditions show up in real-world contexts, including the early childhood care landscape in South Africa and efforts to engage government actors in Mexico. Through real-life examples from KDN members Hopolang Selebalo, Anne McLennan, and Armando Estrada, we’ll examine how the 3Cs are being used to navigate power dynamics, build authentic partnerships with government actors, and influence policy.
